Refund policy
Order Cancellation:
Customers may cancel orders up until the time of dispatch.
If cancelled before dispatch, refunds for both goods and shipping costs will be paid out minus any payment processing fees already incurred by Themeborne.
Once dispatched, orders already in transit cannot be changed or cancelled, and shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Returns:
* We do not offer refunds for accidental purchases of FIRST EDITION for customers who thought it was SECOND EDITION or were not aware that SECOND EDITION has been announced.
If you wish you return your order, all products must be unopened as in as-new condition.
Return shipping must be paid by the customer.
When the returned items are received by Themeborne and verified as being in unopened and as-new condition, a refund will be paid out minus any payment processing fees already incurred by Themeborne.
Shipping fees will not be refunded.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged Products:
If your order arrives damaged, please immediately take photo evidence and send it to us at contact@themeborne.com.
Based on the timely receipt of reasonable photo evidence, Themeborne will either ship a replacement order to you, or offer you a partial refund/discount on next order - to be decided by Themeborne on a case by case basis after assessment of the nature and severity of the damage.
Defective Products:
If your product is defective (e.g. missing or defective components) please report it immediately via the Replacement Parts Form: https://forms.gle/oMJneGQ8xY669JNZA
In such cases Themeborne is usually able to offer a free of charge replacement parts service. Depending on the nature of the issue, shipping costs of this service may need to be covered by the customer - to be decided by Themeborne on a case by case basis.
