Refund policy

Order Cancellation: 

Once placed, customers may cancel orders up until the time of dispatch. Orders already in transit cannot be cancelled. 

Refunds for orders cancelled by customers will be paid out minus any payment processing fees already incurred by Themeborne. 

Damaged Products: 

If your order arrives damaged, please immediately take photo evidence and send it to us at contact@themeborne.com. 

Based on the timely receipt of reasonable photo evidence, Themeborne will either ship a replacement order to you, or offer you a partial refund - to be decided by Themeborne on a case by case basis. 

Defective Products: 

If your product is defective (e.g. missing or defective components) please report it immediately via the Replacement Parts Form:   https://forms.gle/oMJneGQ8xY669JNZA

In such cases Themeborne is usually able to offer a free of charge replacement parts service. Shipping costs of this service may need to be covered by the customer -  to be decided by Themeborne on a case by case basis.
